The inn is available from 2 pm until 10 pm.
Availability of the innkeeper to assist you and your guests with pre event consultations, deliveries and during your special event.

All rates are subject to 6% Sales Tax and 5% Hotel Tax

Family Reunion/ Vacations
Lets get the family together. With six rooms, accommodating 12 people, the entire house can be yours for the duration of your stay. Feel free to use our golf carts, bicycles, and kayaks to plan your own adventures. We can schedule charter boats from which you can visit the barrier islands or Boca Grande, or arrange for Professional fishing guides to introduce you to our waters. In the evenings we can bring in one of our professional chefs to prepare spectacular culinary delights. The innkeeper will happily help you make all the arrangements for your group. 
Anniversaries / Birthdays
Special occasions deserve special recognition. Come and celebrate with us and we will be happy to help make a memorable occasion for you. Ask us about sunset cruises, dinner for you and your friends, champagne and cake and many other ideas.
Meeting/Conference
Our Upper Porch or Great Room is the perfect place to host a small meeting, brain storming session or conference. Work in the relaxed atmosphere or enjoy a catered brunch or luncheon. Take a break from the routine and stroll the shoreline or pier and return to the business at hand refreshed and restored. Fishing trips and sightseeing tours are always great for inspiration on these occasions

Weddings

Some of our Couples have chosen to exchange their vows at our fountain; others have preferred the Upper Porch; and still others have been married waterside at sunset. Each special event is customized to suit your needs and our innkeeper will be happy to sit with you and plan your special day.

This package is designed for a maximum of 50 people attending your special event, which is held between 2pm and 10pm.
