DEPOSITS
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to one-half of the anticipated stay is required at booking. We accept Personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. Personal checks must be received within seven days of making the reservations. Upon receipt of deposit, a Confirmation Letter will be sent.
Since the Bokeelia Tarpon Inn is a small lodge, we are adversely affected by cancellations. Should you cancel up to ten days prior to your scheduled arrival, your full deposit, less a cancellation feel of $15.00 will be returned to you. In the event of a last minute cancellation (within 10 days of arrival), your deposit, less cancellation fee will be returned ONLY if we are able to rent your room to another party.
Should you need to change the dates of your stay, we will credit your deposit to your newly scheduled arrival.
At the Bokeelia Tarpon Inn we want to ensure that your vacation is a memorable one. We can assist you with planning fishing charters, sightseeing & shelling tours, golf tee-off times, relaxing massages, dinner reservations and more.
CHILDREN
Because our guests select the Bokeelia Tarpon Inn to enjoy our tranquil beauty and, since the Inn is not "child-proof," the Inn is not suitable for children under ten years of age.
Exceptions are made when a group reserves the entire premises, or during Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, when guests may arrive to celebrate with local families and friends.
Children ten - eighteen years may be accommodated in the parents' room for an additional charge of $20.00 per child, per night. If a rollaway bed is needed, notice should be given at the time of the reservation.
PETS
