GENERAL INFORMATION |

- Tariffs are based on double occupancy and include nightly accommodations (Queen-sized bed) with private bath; Twilight Time Hours d'oeuvres and Troipcal Breakfast.
- The use of our fishing pier, Golf Carts, Kayaks and Bicycles are also included at no additional charge.
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is allowed on Patios and Porches.
- Boat ramp and docks (up to 50 ft. boats) are available upon request.
- All Rates are subject to a 6% state sales tax and a 5% local hotel tax. Quoted in U.S. Dollars

 DEPOSITS
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to one-half of the anticipated stay is required at booking. We accept Personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. Personal checks must be received within seven days of making the reservations. Upon receipt of deposit, a Confirmation Letter will be sent.
Since the Bokeelia Tarpon Inn is a small lodge, we are adversely affected by cancellations. Should you cancel up to ten days prior to your scheduled arrival, your full deposit, less a cancellation feel of $15.00 will be returned to you. In the event of a last minute cancellation (within 10 days of arrival), your deposit, less cancellation fee will be returned ONLY if we are able to rent your room to another party. Should you need to change the dates of your stay, we will credit your deposit to your newly scheduled arrival.

- Because our guests select the Bokeelia Tarpon Inn to enjoy our tranquil beauty and, since the Inn is not "child-proof," the Inn is not suitable for children under ten years of age.
- Exceptions are made when a group reserves the entire premises, or during Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, when guests may arrive to celebrate with local families and friends.
- Children ten - eighteen years may be accommodated in the parents' room for an additional charge of $20.00 per child, per night.
- If a crib or rollaway bed is needed, notice should be given at the time of the reservation.
